FELIX CAMPEAN

“Much like the human body, trees carry marks of time—scars, textures, and changes that reveal their history. For me, the older a tree is, the more interesting it becomes. Its bark is like skin, full of signs of what it has lived through.

Through my paintings, I want to show their strength and their fragility, their silence and their depth. Sometimes with distortion, I try to capture the presence of these trees as if they were portraits of life itself.”
