Paul Pretzer (nacido en 1981, Paide, Estonia) vive y trabaja en Barcelona y Berlín. Estudió en la Hochschule für Bildende Künste en Dresde y en la Muthesius Kunsthochschule en Kiel. Sus pinturas al óleo presentan seres híbridos y quimeras, a menudo reflejando temas de la literatura infantil alemana, con un enfoque en las absurdidades de la vida.
