Through the use of light, shadow, texture, and space, my work allows viewers to experience these energies. It encourages slowing down and sensing that strength can be quiet, and that silence can convey much. Each piece seeks a balance between power and gentleness, reflecting how nuance can enrich the world."

"Mijn werk onderzoekt subtiele tegenstellingen in het dagelijks leven: de kracht die in kwetsbaarheid schuilt en de intense aanwezigheid van stilte. Ik ben gefascineerd door energieën die vaak onopgemerkt blijven, door hoe kleinheid en terughoudendheid grote impact kunnen hebben.
Door licht, schaduw, textuur en ruimte te gebruiken, laat ik de kijker deze subtiele energieën ervaren. Mijn werk nodigt uit om te vertragen, te observeren en te ervaren dat kracht niet altijd luid of zichtbaar hoeft te zijn, en dat stilte veel kan vertellen. Elk werk streeft naar een balans tussen kracht en zachtheid, als reflectie op hoe nuance de wereld rijker maakt."
